Cancel or change your subscription

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dibsly. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the period ends, and you won’t be charged again. Apple handles payments and refunds; Dibsly never sees your payment details. Your data stays on your phone when Premium ends: nothing is deleted, and receipts go back to 10 a month.

Backup and recovery

Dibsly makes encrypted backups, by hand or automatically (daily or weekly), in an iCloud Drive folder you choose. They stay visible in the Files app, and Dibsly keeps the newest five automatic ones.

A backup opens only with your recovery password. Dibsly never receives it and cannot reset or recover it, so keep it somewhere safe, such as a password manager.

Backup is not live sync: to move to a new iPhone, install Dibsly, choose Restore my data and pick the latest backup.

Imports

Banks

Statements from monobank (CSV, XLS or PDF), UKRSIBBANK, PrivatBank and KredoBank (PDF) are read entirely on your phone; the file is never uploaded. monobank can also sync with your own read-only token from api.monobank.ua.

Apps and brokers

Move a ledger in from a Dibsly CSV or a Monefy CSV, and bring investments from Freedom Finance and Interactive Brokers reports. Your bank isn’t listed? Send us a note.

Your data and privacy

Dibsly is local-first. There is no Dibsly account and no server that receives your records: they stay on your iPhone and in your own encrypted backups. Bank statements are read on the phone.

The AI is used only after you allow it. It sends only what a feature needs to OpenAI (the maker of the GPT models): merchant names and your category names, a receipt photo, a phrase, or the text of a bank notification with card numbers and IBANs replaced (it can include your balance). Categorization never sends amounts, balances or history.

Requests go through Dibsly’s own relay on Cloudflare, which keeps no content, only an anonymous device key and request counts for the monthly limits. Apple’s App Attest proves each request comes from a genuine Dibsly. OpenAI deletes the data within 30 days and does not train on it.

Quotes come from Nasdaq and Yahoo Finance and exchange rates from the National Bank of Ukraine; those requests carry none of your records. Details: Privacy Policy.
